Yes. In many Emirates, property buyers can apply for a residence visa through real estate investment — provided the property meets the minimum value, is in a freehold zone (where applicable), and fulfills other visa eligibility criteria.

It often starts at AED 750,000 for a 2-year investor visa in Dubai. For long-term or Golden Visas, the required property investment may be AED 2,000,000 or more. Requirements differ by emirate and visa type.

Typical documents include: passport copy, property title deed (e-certificate), proof of payment or bank NOC (if mortgage), health insurance, biometric / medical tests, certificate of good conduct, and proof of financial stability (income or bank statements).
